Growing up, my family owned a business that I was involved in for 17 years, which taught me the importance of meeting and exceeding customer expectations and to prioritize customer service above all else. Following that, I learned the processes of building and constructing homes, which has provided me with a wealth of information for the flood and remediation side of the cleaning and restoration business. Armed with the knowledge of constructing homes, I began an interior trim, custom woodworking and remodeling business that I was involved with for 15 years. In that time, I developed a keen sense of quality control and attention to detail. The knowledge I have acquired through decades of experience has prepared me to provide only the highest quality customer care to the cleaning and restoration business.
